0HI-POD introduces the budget breakthru for live sports productions: HI-POD TV ( the affordable portable broadcast studio).
USE HI-POD TV’s Portable Studio to produce your local game.
(A rackmounted tv studio on wheels with up to 8 cameras, 3 angles of instant replay, CG, multiple audio channels, and commercials all output to DVCAM and or DVD). The system can be used live or live to tape.Save $$. Shoot LIVE TO TAPE & CONTRACT HI-POD TV to assemble your elements into a “LIVE” PRODUCTION.
Now the impossible is possible- Producers with access to multi-chip cameras, can put together a professional broadcast for a fraction of the cost. And for the seriously limited budget, you can shoot as if live and seemlessly put it together as if it was live. Send your elements to us, and we can quickly turn it around with all the elements of a live production.
HI-POD TV (the creators of the revolutionary HI-POD extreme camera monopod) have taken it to the next level. By incorporating HI-POD’s extreme camera monopod (line of scrimmage camera) as well as HI-PODs 25 foot endzone camera into a live production, you have introduced production values that do not exist at the local level.
Now introduce that into a system that can give you multiple angles of instant replay, CG of player images and stats, commentator audio as well as insert commercials, and you have a first class production you can be proud of.
PRODUCE THE GAME AND PRODUCE THE COMMERCIALS FOR THE GAME.
That’s right, produce the commercials for your production as well. You know your community better than we do. You know the businesses that would best benefit from advertising during your game. Likewise you know the special requirements that your local broadcaster will require of the tape to air. You deliver the elements to us and we can put it together for you.
HI-POD’s extreme camera monopod, endzone camera , and Portable Studio can help you take your game where it has never gone before.
ELEVATE YOUR GAME WITH HI-POD.

0The military has started to take a closer look at the HI-POD, not just as a tool for videotaping sporting events, but it is now being studied for videotaping miltary exercises. The portability, the height, the flexibility and most importantly its ability to stand up to rugged conditions, makes the HI-POD a perfect training tool. It works in all conditions.
0HI-POD ramped up production to make sure that high schools and colleges across the country, had HI-PODs for the opening of the Football season.
The company delivered HI-PODs to almost every state in the country. Some states requiring many more units than others.
According to HI-POD CEO Enrique Morales “We had great success this year because our product was excellent, our pricing very aggressive, and our promotion was extremely generous” — all of this helped to firmly place the HI-POD as the company to beat in this industry.
Coaches across the country are singing high praise for the HI-POD.
“Our team is the most improved and we can make a direct corellation to the HI-POD footage. We went from 1 and 9 to making the playoffs.”
“Our kids can understand the formations now. With the camera in the sideline pressbox it is very hard to see the formations, but with the HI-POD in the endzone it is immediate. It gets results.”
“The HI-POD was the best investment we made in our football program in years.”
“The upgradeability is a great advantage. At the beginning of the season we did not have the budget to obtain the 25 foot HI-POD, so we bought the 15 footer. Then as luck would have it, a booster stepped up with the $1000 upgrade cost. We didn’t have to buy a whole new unit, the company just sent us the parts and we were ready the next day. 15 to 25 feet. Awesome.”
“Night and Day as a teaching tool for our kids.”
“We had scaffolding, but we never could use it for away games. Now we can take the HI-POD anywhere.”
0Real Madrid coaching staff recieve quick lesson on
HI-POD operation from Enrique Morales, HI-POD President.
(HOME DEPOT CENTER- Los Angeles, CA , July,18,2005) HI-POD president Enrique Morales met with the REAL MADRID Futbol Club coaching staff and Real Madrid Television during their recent visit to Los Angeles. Real Madrid is in the middle of a world tour and were in town to play the Los Angeles Galaxy.
Recognizing the immediate value of an aerial shot above the goal , the REAL MADRID coaching staff hired HI-POD to videotape the friendly match between the Galaxy and the Golacticos.
Positioned behind the Galaxy goal for the first period, the HI-POD captured the score by Michael Owen, the breath-taking footwork of Zinadine Zidane, the almost goal by David Beckham, the crosses by Roberto Carlos and the great saves by the Galaxy Goalie Hartmann.
In the second period the mobile HI-POD moved to other goal to capture the crosses by Figo, the shots by Beckham, and the score by Roberto Soldado.
0(06/07/05- Santa Maria, CA) On this third day of Jury deliberations at the Michael Jackson trial, very little activity has occurred in the courthouse. This leaves the hundreds of media professionals with little to do but to turn their attention on the spectators and themselves.
The “thriller” on this day was the HI-POD. Towering high above the heads of everyone, the HI-POD was able to provide unusual imagery of today’s carnival atmosphere. Rivaling the footage of the network cameraman perched on a crane across the street, the HI-POD was at almost the same height , but directly on top of the action. Now with the introduction of the HI-POD base the operator was able to elevate the HI-POD, lock it off, and walk away. No more stability concerns.
“I can’t believe how easy it is to operate now”, exclaimed HI-POD operator Ricardo Murga. “With the base I only have to worry about my shot, and not about stability. For long jobs this is a life saver.”
